The Mangar Leg Lifter was created to assist individuals with limited mobility to their legs due to aging, illness or injury. People who have difficulty lifting their legs have difficulty getting in and out of bed. People with compartment syndrome, cellulitis or multiple sclerosis can use the Leg lifter at their leisure to have more freedom during their bedtime routine. The hand control device mechanically raises, lifts and transfers legs into the bed. It uses an Airflo compressor system with a hand control to raise the Leg lifter at a speed that best suits the user. Using the Mangar Leg lifter is also beneficial to the caregiver who is at risk of back injury performing manual assistance. The system includes the Leg lifter, paddle control and Airflo Mk3 compressor. It's not intrusive and fits onto most beds. It also fits profile beds, by attaching the Leglifter device on one side of the bed underneath the mattress. The Leg lifter can be removed from the bed at anytime with minimal effort. The Leglifter is operated by a compressor. The compressor fills the chamber with air, lifting the legs onto the bed.
